The PepcDB database contains target and protocol information contributed by Protein Structure Initiative centers as well as targets integrated from the TargetDB database.
PepcDB collects status history, stop conditions, reusable text protocols, and contact information from both PSI and other structural biology centers. By learning how others cloned, expressed, purified, and investigated similar targets, you can optimize your own research methods.

Using the PepcDB Search Form:

- Click the SUBMIT button to execute the query.
